Kelly is an experienced family law attorney at Wade Litigation. She has been an attorney since 2008. She has experience representing clients in domestic violence matters, as well as all aspects of dissolution and child custody.
Admitted:
- Became a licensed Virginia attorney in 2008
- Upon returning home to California, in 2013 Kelly became a licensed California attorney
- Admitted to the United States Federal District Court, Eastern District of California
- While in Scotland, she became a qualified Scottish Solicitor
Education and Qualifications:
Received her BA in Political Science from San Diego State University
Attended the University of Richmond, School of Law in Richmond, Virginia
At Richmond Law, Kelly served as the Symposium Editor for the Richmond Journal of Law and the Public Interest
She was a moot court finalist and received an award for her pro bono work
During law school, Kelly also clerked for the Hon. Gerald F. Daltan, Stafford County Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court

But Kelly’s greatest accomplishment is being the mother of four wonderful children, who she loves more than life itself.
